HOW DO WE PREPARE THE FORKLIFTS?
Our meticulous 6-step processing procedure guarantees the highest quality standards and reliability down to the finest detail.
PROCESSING IN 6 STEPS
Everything begins with a very detailed test, during which any defects are diagnosed for correction and worn parts are noted for replacement.
We document all essential information about the machine digitally on a tablet. This ensures that all relevant data is stored centrally and accessible to all parties involved.
In the next step, the forklift will be thoroughly cleaned. For electric forklifts, the batteries are charged and cleaned separately at our battery station.
In combustion engine-operated forklifts, all operating fluids (brake fluid, engine oil, and hydraulic oil) are checked and disposed of properly. Following this, a thorough cleaning of the machine is carried out either by hand or with high-pressure washing.
Our experienced mechanics address all issues identified during the thorough inspection. Worn and safety-related parts (wheels, brakes) are replaced with original or high-quality alternatives.
Depending on the type of forklift, we replace tie rods, axles, bearings, and bolts. Gearboxes and engines are overhauled, and wear parts, lift frames, hoses, and chains are replaced. For electric forklifts, battery maintenance or replacement is carried out.
In this phase, the vehicle frames and masts are filled, sanded, and repainted. The driver protection roof, steering system, side shifter, tilt cylinder, and battery are also blasted and given a new coat of paint after inspection and any necessary repairs.
This way, the forklift shines with a new luster and is optimally protected from external influences.
After the paint has dried, the careful final assembly of the forklift takes place. The chassis, mast, and all revised or replaced components are brought together again.
The forklift is being completed and visually enhanced.
Finally, each refurbished forklift undergoes a rigorous final inspection. Our experienced inspectors thoroughly check the technical condition, verify all functions of the device under rated load, and conduct a final functionality test.
Only when the forklift has successfully passed all tests does it leave our workshop fully ready for operation.
